Hi, I'm Kenzie, I am 17-years old with a huge passion for cars. Growing up surrounded by motorsport and car culture inspired me from a very young age and sparked the journey I'm still on today. I currently own a Mazda MX-5, which I've had since I was 12 years old. What started with learning the basics of driving soon developed into attending drift academies and building my skills behind the wheel. From watching drifting from the sidelines to sitting behind the wheel of my own car at such a young age has been an incredible experience. As I grew older, I progressed from novice drift days to driving alongside more experienced competitors on advanced events. As the costs of the sport increased, I began finding ways to support my hobby myself. From cleaning cars and designing personalised clothing to gardening and buying and selling cars, I explored different opportunities to help fund my passion. With every event, both my driving and the car itself continued to improve. The more seat time I gained, the more upgrades and fine-tuning the MX-5 received, helping me prepare for the next challenge. By the age of 15, I had grown in confidence, established a reliable setup for the car, and started to gain recognition within the drifting community. Carrying out much of the work myself and learning new skills along the way has taught me a great deal and helped shape who I am today. Then, at 16 years old, I achieved my Drift League GB licence and am competing in my very first championship season. Despite being one of the youngest and least experienced drivers on the grid, I have big ambitions and remain determined to keep progressing, achieve my goals, and perform to the best of my ability.
